Acceptance of Terms

Binding Arbitration Agreement

This arbitration process will occur in the state of Utah, USA. Arbitration must be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You may receive notices about your application through email, and ZV may assign a unique email address to your account for this purpose. If you do not wish to continue receiving such notices, you can notify ZV at info@zamvisa.com to discontinue the use of this email.

Accuracy of Information

You acknowledge and agree that the information you provide to ZV is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of your knowledge. ZV’s review of your intake forms and information is limited to ensuring completeness, proper spelling, and consistency in names, addresses, and similar details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of the final application(s), which you will review and approve before signing.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained any necessary consent from third parties (e.g., family members, employers, etc.) before providing their information to ZV. This includes any legal requirements for disclosing such information.

Electronic Records and Signatures

Non-English-Speaking Clients

Certain materials on this website, including questionnaires, documents, instructions, and filings, are provided only in English. Translations of these Terms and related policies are for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail and control.

Minor Applicant Data Protection

When providing personal information on behalf of a minor (under the age of 18), you, as the parent or legal guardian, grant ZV permission to process and submit such information for the purpose of completing applications for government documents. By submitting this information, you confirm that the details provided are accurate, and you consent to the use, disclosure, and submission of such information as required by the government authorities. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing ZV at info@zamvisa.com. However, withdrawal of consent may affect the processing of the application.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Except as prohibited by law, ZV will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses of litigation or arbitration. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, USA. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution and Venue

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved through confidential arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Utah, USA. You waive your right to class actions or other representative actions. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Suspension and Termination

ZV reserves the right to monitor, suspend, terminate, or refuse to post any content at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, user content that violates these Terms. ZV is not obligated to review or remove any content unless notified of its violation.

Force Majeure

ZV will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or other events outside of ZV’s reasonable control.

Right to Refuse Service

ZV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. ZV is not obligated to provide services to any user who violates any of these Terms.

Timing of Claims

Any legal claim or cause of action you may have with respect to ZV’s services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises. Failure to file a claim within this period will result in a waiver of your rights to such a claim.
